We are a professional civil partnership that was constituted in 2008. It is registered in the Companies House of Las Palmas. It is also registered in the Special Register of Professional Partnerships of the Association of Las Palmas under Number 6 is currently integrated by three professional partners and by other associated professionals.
Our areas of specialization revolve around company law, as well as commercial, insolvency, corporate, civil and tax law.
In relation to sectors, we are specialized in the tourism, hotel, real estate and food sectors. We regularly collaborate with a local auditing firm and participate in three multidisciplinary professional companies: CDC Canarias Abogados y Economistas SCP, Vidal & Ramírez Asesores Concursales SCP and Ronda & Vidal SCP.
We have extensive experience in the application of incentives of the Economic and Fiscal Regime of the Canary Islands (REF); the special Tax Zone of the Canary Islands (“ZEC”); other local investment incentives (RIC and IDIC); and local indirect taxes (IGIC).
