Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Advisory from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid (IE Law & Business School).

Currently, and since 2008, he has been a partner at Vidal & Verano.

Previously, he was founder and head of the legal department at Auren Canarias, Legal and Tax Advisors. He also served as Manager at Ernst & Young Lawyers, Director for the Canary Islands at KPMG Lawyers, and Manager of the legal and tax department at Price Waterhouse.

Extensive experience in insolvency, commercial, tax, and civil law. Specialized in corporate legal advisory, particularly for companies in the hotel and tourism sector.

He provides advisory services to Spanish and international entities and has been involved in various corporate restructurings (mergers and acquisitions). He also holds positions as Secretary and/or member of the board of directors of various Spanish and international companies.

He has combined his professional activity with teaching at various private institutions such as IDDA, ESCOEX, among others.
